*Where are your treats from and made?
All our products are Australian and made in the same facility in Melbourne so we can assure the quality of all of our treats and chews. If Johnny doesn't make it we don't sell it!

*There is no ingredients list on your products?
When we say 100% Kangaroo and nothing else that is exactly what is in our pet treats! All our treats are dehydrated to remove more moisture than the 40% required for dehydrated treats. All our treats go through this process with nothing else added in before or after. We take pride and care in our pet treats to give you the best quality product for your pet and ours which is why we add nothing else!

Where should I store my pet treats?
We recommend storing in a cool dry place – NOT the laundry! Humidity and our treats are not friends! Other treats that have additives will be fine when stored somewhere like our laundry however due to our products being 100% natural moisture in packaging will cause spoilage to our treats. The pantry cupboard is a great place to get the longest shelf life out of our treats!

*My pet is on a special diet. Do you have any products they can have?
We understand some pets have sensitive tummies, special diets and skin issues. Since all our products are 100% the natural ingredient there is sure to be something for your pet in our range! Some examples:
Sensitive tummies our tripe treats and chicken liver are great for sensitive tummies!
Special Diets such as low fat, pancreatic dogs and dogs with allergies will love our chicken breast, rabbit meat, emu jerky and kangaroo. These are all lean meats low in fat and easy to digest for our pets. If your not sure or have any questions please ask us!
